This Refund Policy is a supplement to the Refund Clause detailed in Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any product from BigMasterWeb, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Conditional Refund Policy (The Core Promise)
Due to the digital nature of our products (non-tangible irrevocable goods), all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer refunds strictly under the following fair, conditional terms:
We WILL issue a full refund if:
- The product is broken, technically flawed, or cannot be installed, AND;
- Our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
2. Pre-Refund Requirements
Before any refund is granted, you must first allow our Support Team an opportunity to resolve the technical issue.

- Access Request: If the issue cannot be reproduced by our team, you must be willing to provide our support personnel with access to your website to investigate the product issue. Refusal to grant access will void your right to a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (Explicit Exclusions)
No refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after downloading the product(s).
- Missing Feature: The product functions correctly but lacks a specific feature you expected (please verify product documentation before buying).
- License Key Claims: You claim the lack of an original «License Key.» As stated in our T&C, GPL products function fully without these keys, and we do not resell them.
- Compatibility Issues: The product is not compatible with your specific third-party plugins, server configurations, or outdated versions of WordPress. Our products are tested against standard, current environments.
- Subscription/Renewal Abuse: Renewals are strictly non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. No refunds will be provided for annual or monthly renewals you failed to cancel, as you can easily cancel at any time from your account page.
- Lifetime/Testing: Refunds are not provided for Lifetime Memberships. We do not advise purchasing Lifetime Memberships for testing purposes.
- Product Misuse: You damaged your website by attempting to install or modify the product.
- Fraud/Abuse: You request a refund for the same product twice, or the product was purchased by your employee or a third party with legal access to your payment account.
4. General Refund Notes
- Account Status: If a refund is granted, you will lose access to the downloaded premium products, and your associated account will be suspended.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 calendar days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor (Paddle/PayPal).
- Final Authority: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in any situation where abuse is suspected, or where the customer has refused to follow the standard troubleshooting process.
